Puff Pastry Margarine LT4460 is made from a bled of vegetable oils with 80% min fat content. This product has excellent plasticity for consistent lamination that makes puff pastries with good expansion volume, even layering and crispy texture.
Excellent for puff and flaky pastry. Recommend uses: pies, quiches, sausages rolls, apple turnovers and other sweet and savory puff pastries.
